Our human body is inherently alkaline - meaning to be healthy, but in actions - we are acidic - sick, without energy, unhealthy.

I think that all people on planet Earth know that if you want to grow anything, I mean plants. First we need to create condition for their germination and growth. Let’s take an example with any plants seeds. If you put them on a flat glass, then nothing will happen to them ... They will just lie and dry slowly. If you plant them in the ground, and sometimes water them, then most likely they will germinate and grow in full volume. The same is with any human disease - they require special conditions for germination and growth within a person. A person, cannot just get sick if he leads a healthy lifestyle. First, he must create in himself a "fertile soil" for the germination and growth of any disease - Acidic environment. Only then a person with symptoms of the disease can influence this person and, it is possible to transmit his symptoms to him. A person doesn't even need another sick person to get sick from him. A person himself can become so-called sick if he eats and drinks unhealthy acidic foods. What will happen next? His body will try to remove these toxins through urination, bowel movements, breathing and sweat. And this is what we call a disease? The disease in this case is the cure. Let's think, what is a disease?

• In fact, illness is the healing of a person by cleansing of toxins - acid wastes, which he has put into himself - acidic foods, acidic drinks and even a way of thinking - stress, will cause a large release of acid - adrenaline by the human body itself.

• The homeostasis - healthy balance of our human body is directly related to the balance between acid and alkalinity.

The scale starts at:

0 - pure acid, burns holes in steel.

7 is neutral.

14 is pure alkaline.

Our human blood should be slightly alkaline from 7.365 to 7.4 pH. If these numbers decrease slightly with an acidic lifestyle and food, then the human body will create many unpleasant discomforts for its owner - pain, nausea, loss of appetite, loss of energy, high fever, diarrhea etc. This is due to the fact that the human body wants to survive, and will do everything possible to make it happen. If the pH in the blood drops a little more, then there will be even more negative discomforts. If this figure becomes 7.1 pH - this leads to a coma. 6.95 pH - already Death.

It seems that the pH of our blood is even more important than our body temperature.

4. Most filtered or bottled water is acidic.

 5. Any alcohol is acid.

6. Black and fruit teas are acidic. Except real green tea of ​​good quality.

7. Coffee on bottled or filtered water is acidic, except for alkaline, ionized, restructuring water.

 • How to prevent any disease? How to stay healthy? What foods and drinks should we consume? A healthy diet - should be predominant in vegetables (90 - 95%). All vegetables, especially green ones, are alkaline. How many are there? More than 800 names. What's the best way to consume them? Fresh, steamed, stewed, boiled and grilled. You can also cook vegetable soups, without any animal broth. For overweight people - in fact, their body is acidified. They are not fat, - they are overly acidic. In this case, overweight people are protected from acid by fat and cholesterol. Otherwise they will have holes in the blood vessels, but this is a temporary solution, if a person continues an unhealthy diet, sooner or later his blood vessels will be completely clogged. This will lead them to a heart attack or stroke. Overweight people should follow a 100% vegan diet, if they want to live and not suffering.
